We are a competitive Track and Field team dedicated to training young people ages 5-18. We specialize in providing a holistic training program that is designed to service the complete needs of our athlete's mind, body, and soul; using track and field as a tool to do so. We are committed to providing individuals and families with skills for physical and mental fitness, both on and off the track. Our coaches started their journey as bright-eyed, energetic youth, just like our athletes. They have since grown to become educated, devoted adults eager to give back and pour into the lives of those they serve.
